Product description Peppers

These modern hybrid Capsicum annuum L. peppers are grown in high tech, climate controlled greenhouses using hydroponic systems. Each pepper is harvested when fully developed and deeply coloured, with the stem firmly attached.

The peppers have thick walls, firm texture and long shelf life. They are available in red, yellow and orange, characterised by mild heat. The red and orange varieties contain higher sugar levels and a pronounced sweetness.
