Product description Radish

Radish, Raphanus sativus, is cultivated year round in greenhouses or controlled growing systems and harvested at a diameter of approximately 20 to 35 millimetres to ensure optimal tenderness. The bulb is bright red with a white tip and vibrant green leaves.

The flesh is firm, crisp and free from hollowness. The flavour is sharp and peppery, yet milder than field grown radishes.
